This policy applies to information handled through stancord.com, including its inquiry forms and communications. The website identifies the business as Stancord Consultancy Services Private Limited. The legal entity’s registered address and the person responsible for privacy requests are not identified in the website materials reviewed. We use “Stancord” below for the website operator.
This notice describes practices visible in the project source at the time of review. Some tracking behavior can be controlled by third-party tag settings and may change; this policy should be checked against live production configuration.
2. Information we handle
When you submit a project inquiry, the form asks for your name, email, phone number, service of interest, and message; company name and preferred contact method are optional. The contact form asks for a name, email, and message. Submitted inquiry records are saved in the website’s leads database. The project form’s backend also records the request IP address, detected device, platform and browser, and a geolocation response obtained through ipinfo.io. Contact-form submissions record similar request metadata.
The website also includes a tracking endpoint capable of saving an IP address and submitted technical and browsing signals. These may include browser and device attributes, screen details, location/network information, language, time zone, referrer/current URL and query parameters, cookie/JavaScript availability, and optional fingerprint-related values. The code alone does not establish when this endpoint is called in production, which signals are supplied, or the precise purpose for each collection.
Web servers and third-party tags may also receive technical data such as IP address, browser information, and page interactions when pages load. Google Tag Manager and a Google Ads tag are present in the shared website layout. Their exact tag configuration and resulting data flows are not fully verifiable from the application source.
3. Why information is used
Inquiry information is used to understand your request, respond to you, and manage prospective or ongoing service discussions. Technical request details are recorded alongside submissions and may support website operation, diagnostics, attribution, or security. The website includes Google advertising/tag technology; Google and any tags configured through Tag Manager may use data for measurement or advertising purposes under their own settings and terms. The active purposes should be verified against the live tag configuration.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the context and may include responding to a request or taking steps before an agreement, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, consent where required, or compliance with legal obligations. Applicable bases and rights depend on your location and the facts of the processing.
6. Retention and security
Inquiry and tracking records are stored in application database tables. The source reviewed does not define a retention schedule or automatic deletion process. Records should be kept only as long as needed for the relevant purpose and applicable legal requirements; the actual retention period needs confirmation from the business and its hosting/operations team.
Stancord should apply appropriate access controls and safeguards to the systems it operates. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, and this policy makes no absolute security promise.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You can choose not to submit an inquiry, though we may then be unable to respond to it. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a regulator. These rights are not identical in every jurisdiction and may be subject to legal exceptions.
To make a privacy request, email support@stancord.com and describe your request and the relevant interaction. We may need to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
8. Children’s privacy
The website and services are presented for business audiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect children’s information through the inquiry forms. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can assess the request under applicable law.
